University Pedagogy: With topics such as public policies in higher education, legislative system and reforms, academic programs, comparative policies, massification processes, quality assurance, legal professions, and others in higher education as a general field, referring to the Chilean and international context .
Didactics of Law: With topics whose centrality is related to processes of innovation, learning, curriculum, innovations, teaching experiences, students and teachers characterization , among others in legal education in the Chilean and international context.
Ethical and citation standards (Chicago-deusto) must be taken care of, in addition to the originality of the research or innovation.
The article analyzes the application and contributions that active methodologies bring to the students of law courses in Alagoas, Brazil, during the training process. The national curriculum guidelines of the law course point out requirements for higher education institutions to outline the new profile of the egress, mainly with the skills and
preparation for the use of information and communication technologies in practice pedagogical. The methodology involved qualitative research to understand the practices
used in the courses, using a case study and content analysis of the pedagogical projects of the law courses and data from the questionnaires applied to the teachers, verifying
how the active methodologies are being applied within the four law courses surveyed. The analyzed data clarify the contributions that the law student can and needs from the
use of active methodologies by the professor, generating in him a greater autonomy to make him a professional capable of solving problems that current society demands, with a critical enseand more reflectively.
