Peer Review Process
REVIEW PROCESS OF ARTICLES AND THEIR ANONYMITY. To guarantee anonymity in evaluation process, every sent article shall indicate only on the last page, separated from article's body, the following author or authors information:
1. Full name
2. Academic degrees, indicating the University that granted them
3. Professional title, if applicable.
4. Reference to labor, academic and union charges or commitments.
5. Postal code address, email address and phone number.
6. In the case of articles whose elaboration enjoyed sponsorship or funding by an institution, that situation should be clarified in this separate document.
Articles will be subject to a blind-review process by two external evaluators, who will not know the name of the authors. Evaluators will inform whether articles have been accepted or not, with or without comments . The evaluation process will be managed and implemented by Journal's General Editor, who will keep a record of the used evaluation forms. It will be General Editor's responsability preserve anonymity of evaluators.
Open Access Policy
he RCHDT provides open, free and inmediate access to all of its contents, in various formats, to ensure the widest dissemination of contributions made by the authors.
Archiving
The Journal uses the LOCKSS system in order to create a distributed file between participating libraries, allowing the creation of journal's permanent files with preservation and restauration purposes.
Privacy Statement
The personal data requested in this website, including directions of post, email and telephone number details, will be used exclusively for the purposes of editing, publishing, distribution and dissemination of the RCHDT and not be communicated or transferred to third parties that are not part of University of Chile's Law School.
